Category + Grade identify a material once, reused on every costing line picked from a dropdown. Rate per kg prices the stock a part is machined from; scrap price and recovery % price back the metal turned off as swarf.

Each finish type prices at its own rate per kg - picked per costing line the same way Material already is.
